Print Size Checker: How Big Can My Picture Print?

Tap Check My Picture and pick a photo or design. You will see how big it can print sharp, and whether it is big enough for prints, posters, shirts and mugs. Your picture never leaves your device.

🖨️ What DPI Means

Printers need about 300 dots per inch for a sharp print. So a picture 3,000 pixels wide prints sharp up to 10 inches wide. At 150 DPI it still looks fine from a few feet away, which is why posters and shirts can get away with less. Selling your designs? Work out your price with the Printify Profit Calculator.
